  3. Message through the platform. Reach out to designers directly on Designtalent.AI.
  4. You keep the client relationship. We supply the profiles. We do not go around you.

Fees

Talent pays $0. Designers keep 100% of their rate, forever.

Recruiters pay a simple 12% platform fee on placements. The same fee companies pay. No upfront cost, no subscription.

Recruiter accounts are reviewed and approved before you can post, just like company accounts.
